Manage the Executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Manage and book travel as needed.
Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, executing follow-ups, attending meetings, and jotting down minutes.
Respond, re-direct, and register all forms of communication on his behalf as required.
Maintain strict confidentiality.
Building and maintaining effective relationships with the clients
Maintains constant communication with the client.
Provide comprehensive administrative support in all areas of business as needed.
Assisting with any document preparation and editing of documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Manage email inboxes and handle correspondence.
Manage calendar scheduling.
Misc reports and program access.
Windows Server / Microsoft OneDrive / SharePoint File Storage Management and Cleanup.
Process Documentation and Basic Illustration.
Respond to customer inquiries and questions.
Post and comment in motorcycle-related groups.
Assist with posting units for sale in the Market place.
Periodic (2x weekly) Phone or video Conversations with the client to update and review emails, to-dos, projects, and otherwise.
Ad hoc tasks from the client.

Qualifications
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using tools like Trello, HubSpot, and Canva, among others.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, HubSpot, and Canva.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Resourceful and adaptable with a proactive attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, as well as Google Suite.
Willingness to take charge and contribute positively to business tasks.
Undergo 3 days of paid training. If there’s an urgency for the role, then the new hire must render an hour of paid OT before or after the shift for 3 weeks.
Amenable to work Monday through Friday 8 AM – 12 NN OR 1 PM to 5 PM Central Standard Time (CST).
